What is the timeline for a real estate purchase or sale?
3 weeks till possession, you pass on your information to:

2 weeks till possession, we:

Contact you to let you know where we are in the process

1 week till possession, we:

Set up a meeting with you to sign all documents
This is when you will need to bring in the remainder of your closing funds
